FAQ
1. What rewards can new users get?
New users who register and open a futures account can unlock a welcome package worth up to 1,000 USDT and join exclusive events for new users to earn additional rewards.
2. What are the mission types and claiming rules?
One-time Missions: Can only be claimed once. The reward is granted upon completion.
Tiered Missions: Complete missions in stages. Rewards are cumulative.
Advanced Missions: The rewards can be claimed only once.
3. What is the validity period of missions?
Each mission has a specific validity period. Once a mission expires, it can no longer be completed or claimed. Some beginner missions must be completed within 7 days of registration.
4. Why isn't my trading volume progress updating in real-time?
Trading progress is not updated instantly. It usually takes over an hour to refresh. Please wait patiently and try refreshing the page.
5. How is trading volume calculated for missions?
Only the actual transaction amount is counted (excluding fees). Example: A 100 USDT trade with 2 USDT in fees will still count as 100 USDT toward the mission.
6. If I complete a mission before claiming it, can I still receive the rewards?
No. You must claim a mission before completing the required actions to receive the rewards.
7. Why did my mission claim fail?
Required identity verification not completed (e.g., primary identity verification)
Mission requirements not met (e.g., no first trade or deposit)
Please follow the instructions provided on the mission page before trying again.
8. When will my rewards be credited and how can I check them?
Reward distribution flow: Mission progress review (hourly) → Risk control audit (hourly) → Reward issuance (within 24 hours after both steps)
Check rewards:
Token Rewards: Go to Wallets → Asset Overview → Account Statement. In the Account Statement page, select “Funding Account” under Account, then choose "Platform Rewards" under Type to view your token rewards.
Coupon Rewards: Go to Rewards Hub → My Coupons → View Details.
Important Notes:
Super bonus requires a futures account to be opened before activation. Some bonuses may require additional conditions, such as advanced identity verification, specific fund transfers, or a minimum trading volume. Once the requirements are met, the super bonuses are automatically activated. Requirements vary by bonus type, please refer to the instructions on the page.
Spot coupons must be claimed manually via Rewards Hub → My Coupons, then activated by clicking the “Use” button. Once activated, deductions will be applied automatically during spot trading.
9. How does the platform ensure fairness?
To ensure fairness, CoinW strictly prohibits malicious behavior such as wash trading or mass registration of fake accounts. Users found engaging in such activities will have their rewards revoked, and severe violations may result in account suspension.
10. Will the event rules change?
